The OMNI Combo 3 point Cultipacker can be used with your tractor give you the maximum germination results in your food plot. Most foodplot seeds require a shallow planting depth. One alternative to expensive drills and row planters is to broadcast seed and then use a cultipacker to press the seed into the prepared soil.
There are many brands and qualities of cultipackers on the market competing for the outdoorsman's dollar. With our 3 point cultipacker we are trying to give you the build quality of more expensive implements with pricing at the lower end of the spectrum.
We start with a stout 3/16" x 4" x 4" crossbar and add 1/2" x 6 x 16" end plates. A 1 3/4" solid steel axle is carried in greaseable flange bearings with two offset set screws. A zinc coated locking collar on each end prevents the 9" cultipacker wheels from rubbing on the end plates or bearings. There is a removeable 26" Category One 3 point hitch set up. We include the 7/8" lower link pins and one 3/4" top link pin.
The 60" working width is only 7" inches less than the overall width of the cultipacker itself. The total package weighs in at 410lbs.
We apply two coats of dark gray implement paint over one coat of primer to protect your investment from the elements. Kubota Orange, John Deere Green, Ford/New Holland Blue and Hunter Green Enamel Paint is available for an additional $50.
We have the cultipacker wheels drop shipped to you to save shipping costs. The rest of the cultipacker ships FedEx LTL from our Minnesota facility and has been averaging $125-$150.
